Life Membership

To be eligible for Life Membership, you must have completed MBBS along with MS Orthopaedics / Diploma in Orthopaedics / DNB in Orthopaedics.

Should Possess the additional qualification certificate from Kerala State Medical Council

Should be working in Kochi based hospital.

The membership fee is Rs. 1,180/- and the membership is valid for a lifetime

Associate Membership

Associate Membership is temporary and intended for doctors who are either pursuing fellowships at Kochi-based hospitals or working in Kochi on a temporary basis. The fees of membership is Rs 590/-

For doctors pursuing fellowship, the membership will cease upon completion of the fellowship in the same hospital.

For those temporarily working in Kochi, the membership is valid for one year and must be renewed annually if the temporary assignment continues

An attested letter from your Head of Department of your current hospital, stating your date of joining and expected date of completion, is mandatory .

PG Membership

PG Membership is a temporary membership available to applicants who have completed MBBS and are currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Orthopaedics (MS Ortho / DNB in Orthopaedics / Diploma in Orthopaedics) in Kochi based Hospitals. The membership fee is Rs. 590/-.

The membership will cease upon completion of your postgraduate training in the same hospital.

An attested letter from your Head of Department of your current hospital, stating your date of joining and expected date of completion, is mandatory

Note:

The Executive Committee of the Cochin Orthopaedic Society reserves the right to alter the duration and fees of the membership after getting approval in General body meeting.
The Executive Committee of the Cochin Orthopaedic Society also holds the authority to terminate any membership at any time if a member is found to be involved in misconduct or any actions that breach the code of conduct or legal regulations.
